An active body is a healthy body / Challenge

Get moving outdoors, explore, and collect kilometers. You can take a stroll, do some nordic walking, running or cycling, as well as rollerskating or rollerblading. Your kilometers will be converted into points and added to your Club's score. You will collect kilometers using the Strava app (https://www.strava.com). Clubs and participants with the best results will be rewarded with sports gadgets.

You can do it / Participants

Do you think that this challenge is not for you since you're not the athletic type? Think again! Nothing could be further from the truth! This challenge is for anyone and everyone who's ready to get moving and have some fun! All CA EAST employees are invited to join the challenge! You don't have to be super fit to join the fun. Walking is a great form of exercise, just like running, biking or rollerskating. Success in our challenge will be achieved not through achieving results worth Olympic Games, but through consistency and long distances. This is why every step matters! Discover the amazing benefits of outdoor movement! Get stronger, feel better, and activate your endorphins – the so-called ‘happiness hormones!’.

Better together / Clubs

We've got two amazing categories for the #MoveOnUp challenge: running and cycling! Ready to start your own club? All you have to do is get a group of up to 8 people together, decide whether it will be a Running Club or a Cycling Club, choose a Club Leader and register your Club here! From this moment on, you start working together towards your Club’s roaring success! Motivate, inspire, and cheer each other on. But remember, what matters most in our challenge is the commitment and fun!
